Had a leak on the shutoff value to the toilet water tank in the morning, and High Mark was able to answer the call and dispatch their technician in the afternoon on the same day.Their technician Ryan B was able to assess the issue, give me the solution, and the cost for the repair in a friendly and professional manner.Since it was a small job and he has all the materials needed, he was able to complete the fix in half an hour with no mess left behind.I’d recommend their service.

Of course it happened on a Sunday night. 8 yr old hot water tank had a leak in outgoing water line. We called the installer of the tank (who had rescued us 8 yrs prior,, also on a weekend), but said they were too busy and not for 2 days. They referred us to High Mark….came out first thing Monday morning, at 9 a.m., on time, as arranged. Dane was our technician. Very personable and professional. Took a look at the whole plumbing situation throughout the house to give us a snapshot of our probable needs. Really great info – we chose to go with the repair to the outgoing water line with poly B piping which had just given way due to wear over time. The repair was quick and efficient. Excellent workmanship. Dane left us with a couple of courses of action to take in the future, should we decide. We have discussed the poly B piping with our strata president as it is an issue already on the table for our complex. It was great to meet Dane, he was kind, inquisitive, knowledgeable – an asset to High Mark. Thank you for the excellent 5 star service – we recommend and won’t hesitate to contact High Mark in future.(a high mark for High Mark – lol – like you’ve never heard that before)…..p.s. Doug Philip, my hubby contacted and set up the service call….the comment in brackets is his.

Dane performed a thorough inspection of the visible pipes throughout our home and pointed out the areas of deficiency: old, worn PRV, lack of shut-off valves under sinks and an old PVC pipe supplying a toilet. I am very glad to be aware of these problems and asked Dane to replace the PVC pipe and install shut-off valves under our ground-floor bathroom sink. He also installed a new sink and tap under the aforementioned bathroom sink. I think he did a top-quality job, and he demonstrated a lot of care and skilled high-precision work. Dane also took care to clean the counter area around the new sink so that the whole countertop area showed a very tidy and elegant presentation. Thank you Dane, you did a super-awesome job in transforming our home to make it look more classy and beautiful and much less leaky – as the old tap dripped chronically and the old sink had a hole in it! Finally, Dane was very articulate in communicating his concerns about our plumbing situation.

I wanted to give 5 Stars to High Mark for the service they provided. It starts with the excellent work from Kevin. He was in to do a service on our furnace and when checking the crawl space mentioned that there was some water there. He recommended having a plumber come out and look at the drain tile. Ryan E came to the house, checked under the house and came to the same conclusion as Kevin. He worked on the drain tile for almost a week and repaired it where necessary. Ryan was always professional in his conversations with us and sent us detailed pictures of what he was doing. This job required our deck to be taken apart and Bryan Reed contractor/handyman sent out someone to take apart and put the deck back together. Again we received outstanding service from this gentlemen and he mentioned to my husband that he had only been on the job for ten days. Thank you for everything. ***** stars.

I hope I can save someone time calling around and asking rates. I called 10 different HVAC companies in the surrey and Coquitlam area and these are on the lower end but the service was incredible. Kevin helped us and he was beyond respectful of my house, taking off his shoes, leaving no mess, and answering any questions I had with no condescending feeling. Kevin laid out all the options I had and was honest with what needed to be done and what was optional, while being respectful of budget limitations. We had our water heater die on us and High Mark was the only service that was willing to see us on the same day.For two days, Kevin came down to fix the problem. Kevin is probably the friendliest and most professional invididual to work on the house. He provided options on how to fix the problem, and at no time did I feel pressured or upsold by him. He seemed to genuinely care and was all around, a nice dude.We were back up and running on a Friday, when other places wouldn’t even come in before Monday to do a check.If I have any home services that need to be done, I’m calling High Mark and I’m getting Kevin to come back!

Ryan E came in, figured out what was wrong immediately, and gave me two options to fix the problem. I had a non working sump pump and he suggested to try and fix the one year old machine instead of replacing since it should still be working and likely just clogged. My concerns for pride in workmanship is telling and is important to me. I hired Highmark Plumbing and Heating upon a recommendation from a friend when she hired this company to re plumb her house because of her leaking pipes in the crawl space. Their response was quick. Dane attended my house at 8:00 AM to give me options on what I should do and estimate costs – no pressure. Dane started right then and each day of the repair he arrived on time and worked straight through every day – all day without a break. He answered my questions and explained various things to me in a language I understood. What are Child Proof Outlets?

Andrew did my annual furnace inspection. He knows where everything is. His visit was timely as a switch had to be replaced. He showed my why and where and did the work as he has all parts in his truck. He is professional, pleasant and a pleasure to have around. I will use him always.

Had a leak on the shutoff value to the toilet water tank in the morning, and High Mark was able to answer the call and dispatch their technician in the afternoon on the same day.Their technician Ryan B was able to assess the issue, give me the solution, and the cost for the repair in a friendly and professional manner.Since it was a small job and he has all the materials needed, he was able to complete the fix in half an hour with no mess left behind.I’d recommend their service.

Of course it happened on a Sunday night. 8 yr old hot water tank had a leak in outgoing water line. We called the installer of the tank (who had rescued us 8 yrs prior,, also on a weekend), but said they were too busy and not for 2 days. They referred us to High Mark….came out first thing Monday morning, at 9 a.m., on time, as arranged. Dane was our technician. Very personable and professional. Took a look at the whole plumbing situation throughout the house to give us a snapshot of our probable needs. Really great info – we chose to go with the repair to the outgoing water line with poly B piping which had just given way due to wear over time. The repair was quick and efficient. Excellent workmanship. Dane left us with a couple of courses of action to take in the future, should we decide. We have discussed the poly B piping with our strata president as it is an issue already on the table for our complex. It was great to meet Dane, he was kind, inquisitive, knowledgeable – an asset to High Mark. Thank you for the excellent 5 star service – we recommend and won’t hesitate to contact High Mark in future.(a high mark for High Mark – lol – like you’ve never heard that before)…..p.s. Dane performed a thorough inspection of the visible pipes throughout our home and pointed out the areas of deficiency: old, worn PRV, lack of shut-off valves under sinks and an old PVC pipe supplying a toilet. I am very glad to be aware of these problems and asked Dane to replace the PVC pipe and install shut-off valves under our ground-floor bathroom sink. He also installed a new sink and tap under the aforementioned bathroom sink. I think he did a top-quality job, and he demonstrated a lot of care and skilled high-precision work. Dane also took care to clean the counter area around the new sink so that the whole countertop area showed a very tidy and elegant presentation. Thank you Dane, you did a super-awesome job in transforming our home to make it look more classy and beautiful and much less leaky – as the old tap dripped chronically and the old sink had a hole in it! Finally, Dane was very articulate in communicating his concerns about our plumbing situation.

I wanted to give 5 Stars to High Mark for the service they provided. It starts with the excellent work from Kevin. He was in to do a service on our furnace and when checking the crawl space mentioned that there was some water there. He recommended having a plumber come out and look at the drain tile. Ryan E came to the house, checked under the house and came to the same conclusion as Kevin. He worked on the drain tile for almost a week and repaired it where necessary. Ryan was always professional in his conversations with us and sent us detailed pictures of what he was doing. This job required our deck to be taken apart and Bryan Reed contractor/handyman sent out someone to take apart and put the deck back together. Again we received outstanding service from this gentlemen and he mentioned to my husband that he had only been on the job for ten days. Thank you for everything. ***** stars.

I hope I can save someone time calling around and asking rates. I called 10 different HVAC companies in the surrey and Coquitlam area and these are on the lower end but the service was incredible. Kevin helped us and he was beyond respectful of my house, taking off his shoes, leaving no mess, and answering any questions I had with no condescending feeling. Kevin laid out all the options I had and was honest with what needed to be done and what was optional, while being respectful of budget limitations. We are going to be personally requesting Kevin for our yearly maintenance.

We had our water heater die on us and High Mark was the only service that was willing to see us on the same day.For two days, Kevin came down to fix the problem. Kevin is probably the friendliest and most professional invididual to work on the house. He provided options on how to fix the problem, and at no time did I feel pressured or upsold by him. He seemed to genuinely care and was all around, a nice dude.We were back up and running on a Friday, when other places wouldn’t even come in before Monday to do a check.If I have any home services that need to be done, I’m calling High Mark and I’m getting Kevin to come back!

Ryan E came in, figured out what was wrong immediately, and gave me two options to fix the problem. I had a non working sump pump and he suggested to try and fix the one year old machine instead of replacing since it should still be working and likely just clogged. He was absolutely right and fixed the problem for us within an hour. Very pleased and happy it’s all good again. Thanks again Ryan!

My concerns for pride in workmanship is telling and is important to me. I hired Highmark Plumbing and Heating upon a recommendation from a friend when she hired this company to re plumb her house because of her leaking pipes in the crawl space. Their response was quick. Dane attended my house at 8:00 AM to give me options on what I should do and estimate costs – no pressure. Dane started right then and each day of the repair he arrived on time and worked straight through every day – all day without a break. He answered my questions and explained various things to me in a language I understood. I found Dane to be very punctual, polite, very easily to talk with and relate to, was patient – especially to a senior that wanted to chat.
