Installation was completed very quickly. Andrew, Chris and Brian were excellent, very professional and thorough in their work.This new “condensorless” ductless AC unit is a great install. No big heat exchanger outside, just two 8″ dia holes from the interior unit to draw in and exhaust outside air. Gave very good heat this last week. Can’t wait to use it during the heat of summer.Brian in particular was very thorough and detailed in installing this new kind of ductless ac unit, and the area was spotlessly cleaned afterwards. Turns out he’s one of the owners of the company. When an owner is hands-on and does such fine work, you just know this is a great company to deal with. Highly recommended!

From the start, the office staff were quick to connect us with a site visit within 24 hours. Ryan assessed the basement interior to determine the source of incoming water. Brian assisted the following day to confirm next steps, which involved inspecting and flushing out the perimeter drain tile system. Both Ryan and Brian were knowledgeable, providing timely insight into what could be immediately ruled out.High Mark staff are exceptional at the work they provide. Dave is a great example of how to deliver great customer service. Punctual and methodic.Dave exemplified a level of skill that comes with years of earned experience. We have an issue with the newly installed HWT elements for our in-floor heating system, floor remained cold.ANDREW came and quickly identified and fixed the problem, by replacing the new top element that was not working (faulty) with another new one. I had Kevin from High Mark to perform annual maintenance on my water based radiant heating unit (Superhot from Allied Engineering). He was very thorough in checking the unit and identifying areas that needed servicing. He was able to lay out various options and explain the pros/cons of each. The actual work was performed within the planned time and very professionally including post work cleanup.One suggestion for the High Mark team – There should be an option to take the annual maintenance plan so that the discounts can be used for first job also rather than it being available only for the second time. Maybe an upfront annual payment option would help in avoiding any buy-and-cancel cases.

Ryan was terrific! He was prompt, knowledgeable and very conscientious. There were some problems getting parts, not Highmark’s fault in any way, but Ryan stayed on top of it, problem solved and as soon as possible was back to install the new part. The steam shower unit is working perfectly and all along Ryan was trying to find the most cost effective options to address the problem. HighMark sent over Ryan on a Saturday, to look at a water leak that developed above my drop ceiling. Very friendly and knowledgeable, leak was at a 90* fitting. It was repaired with proper fittings and new shut off valve. Job well done

Technician Andrew arrived as scheduled, fairly quickly got a lay of the land, assessed the problem with our boiler not firing, explained the options to me together with rates. After my approval, he got to work and completed within a couple hours. Ryan came to fix a leaky hose in our hot water heater. He was on time, very polite. He inspected our hot water heater. Ryan E., the plumbing technician, was punctual, friendly, skilled and performed excellent faucet (bathroom and kitchen) installations; especially removing the existing kitchen faucet, which was non-routine and challenging. Kudos to Janessa and Ryan for their positive attitudes and jobs well done. Prices were on the higher side, but good value for the quality of work performed. Tassos did an absolutely amazing job. His dedication to providing the best possible experience for the client is outstanding. He stayed until 9:00 last night in order to ensure that I would have heat. So important in this very cold weather. His job skills are the highest that I have seen and I subcontracted the building of our home in 1084 and again subcontracted a complete house renovation in 2007. First, I have to say I didn’t get paid for writing this nor any special perks. Heck, I haven’t even used them yet. Truthfully, I had a conversation with an old friend the other day, and I mentioned how my parents had to call two different plumbers last month, just to look at a small leak in the attic. The first person who came told us it was the gutter leaking into the house as the roof needed to be done… (strange because 2 weeks prior they got them cleaned professionally and our roof was done last year) so they said theyd called another company just to get a second opinion to be told it was our dryer hose being disconnected; absolutely nothing to do with roof/gutters. Simple fix.Now, if I knew Chris George was working at High Mark, I honestly would have saved my parents the hassle in paying two different bills and called you guys ! I’ve never heard someone more passionate about a company than Chris. He talked extremely high about your company and discussed briefly what you guys would of did different.  He mentioned how positive you guys are, how hard you guys truly work, and just how knowledgeable your company is compared to others. Had all the right stuff to take the pipes apart and get to that clog so everything drained after that. And then to put it all back together with a proper vent. From start to finish, David from Highmark Plumbing provided first rate service in the replacement of our leaking hot water tank. He came out quickly on a Saturday to assess the problem, recommended to us to wait till Monday to replace the tank to save a lot of money in overtime charges (which we did) and found a tank to fit in our very small space! David then arrived promptly on Monday morning and within an hour had the old tank out and the new one installed and ready to go. And he left the work area clean and tidy. I can’t compliment David enough for his professionalism, his hard work, his friendliness and attention to detail! Thank you!

We have an issue with the newly installed HWT elements for our in-floor heating system, floor remained cold.ANDREW came and quickly identified and fixed the problem, by replacing the new top element that was not working (faulty) with another new one. I had Kevin from High Mark to perform annual maintenance on my water based radiant heating unit (Superhot from Allied Engineering). He was very thorough in checking the unit and identifying areas that needed servicing. He was able to lay out various options and explain the pros/cons of each. The actual work was performed within the planned time and very professionally including post work cleanup.One suggestion for the High Mark team – There should be an option to take the annual maintenance plan so that the discounts can be used for first job also rather than it being available only for the second time. Maybe an upfront annual payment option would help in avoiding any buy-and-cancel cases.

Ryan was terrific! He was prompt, knowledgeable and very conscientious. There were some problems getting parts, not Highmark’s fault in any way, but Ryan stayed on top of it, problem solved and as soon as possible was back to install the new part. The steam shower unit is working perfectly and all along Ryan was trying to find the most cost effective options to address the problem. HighMark sent over Ryan on a Saturday, to look at a water leak that developed above my drop ceiling. Very friendly and knowledgeable, leak was at a 90* fitting. It was repaired with proper fittings and new shut off valve. Job well done

Technician Andrew arrived as scheduled, fairly quickly got a lay of the land, assessed the problem with our boiler not firing, explained the options to me together with rates. After my approval, he got to work and completed within a couple hours. Ryan came to fix a leaky hose in our hot water heater. He was on time, very polite. He inspected our hot water heater. He told us the cause and provided 3 options to fix it and replace parts that were close to failing. Once he was done he cleaned everything up including mopping the floor without us asking. Janessa was very personable, efficient and provided accurate information as to service call expectations. Ryan E., the plumbing technician, was punctual, friendly, skilled and performed excellent faucet (bathroom and kitchen) installations; especially removing the existing kitchen faucet, which was non-routine and challenging. Kudos to Janessa and Ryan for their positive attitudes and jobs well done. Prices were on the higher side, but good value for the quality of work performed. I would certainly call High Mark Plumbing again, for any future plumbing needs.

Tassos did an absolutely amazing job. His dedication to providing the best possible experience for the client is outstanding. He stayed until 9:00 last night in order to ensure that I would have heat. So important in this very cold weather. His job skills are the highest that I have seen and I subcontracted the building of our home in 1084 and again subcontracted a complete house renovation in 2007. The current multi level issues at my home were complex. Tassos carefully and systematically found the many many leaks and addressed the many other issues. First, I have to say I didn’t get paid for writing this nor any special perks. Heck, I haven’t even used them yet. Truthfully, I had a conversation with an old friend the other day, and I mentioned how my parents had to call two different plumbers last month, just to look at a small leak in the attic. The first person who came told us it was the gutter leaking into the house as the roof needed to be done… (strange because 2 weeks prior they got them cleaned professionally and our roof was done last year) so they said theyd called another company just to get a second opinion to be told it was our dryer hose being disconnected; absolutely nothing to do with roof/gutters. Simple fix.Now, if I knew Chris George was working at High Mark, I honestly would have saved my parents the hassle in paying two different bills and called you guys ! I’ve never heard someone more passionate about a company than Chris. He talked extremely high about your company and discussed briefly what you guys would of did different.  He mentioned how positive you guys are, how hard you guys truly work, and just how knowledgeable your company is compared to others. Not to mention everything your company offers.  The fact he swore up and down by your management and employees, I would highly recommend this company, and the reviews speak for themselves.5/5 customer service skills5/5 Knowledgeable*highly recommend

Had all the right stuff to take the pipes apart and get to that clog so everything drained after that. And then to put it all back together with a proper vent. Installed new faucet (in a very tight space too) while he was here and figured out why another faucet wasn’t working properly. All the jobs done, neat and tidy.

From start to finish, David from Highmark Plumbing provided first rate service in the replacement of our leaking hot water tank. He came out quickly on a Saturday to assess the problem, recommended to us to wait till Monday to replace the tank to save a lot of money in overtime charges (which we did) and found a tank to fit in our very small space! David then arrived promptly on Monday morning and within an hour had the old tank out and the new one installed and ready to go. And he left the work area clean and tidy. I can’t compliment David enough for his professionalism, his hard work, his friendliness and attention to detail! Thank you!
